Yummy no-bake treat to take camping, cycling, wherever. <br \/><br \/>1-1\/2 cups smooth peanut butter<br \/>1 cup honey<br \/>2 teaspoons vanilla extract<br \/>4 cups quick oats (DO NOT USE ROLLED OATS. Also do not use steel cut oats. They make this &#8220;treat&#8221; inedible.<br \/>2 cups Rice Krispies<br \/>1 teaspoon cinammon<br \/>2 cups miniature chocolate chips (or regular)<br \/><br \/>Line a 13&#215;9 baking pan with parchment or foil<br \/>stir together the oats, Rick Krispies, and cinnamon<br \/><br \/>In a large saucepan, add peanut butter, and honey and heat on low until the peanut butter is runny and mixes easily with the honey. Stir in the vanilla. Don&#8217;t get the mixture too hot or it will melt the chocolate chips. <br \/><br \/>Fold in the oats mixture until evenly coated. Use your hands to mix everything evenly. Fold in the chocolate chips. Don&#8217;t worry if they melt a little.<br \/><br \/>Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan, then press the remaining chocolate chips on top.
